The Origin Story
I started Healthful SEO, a specialized SEO agency for health and wellness brands, because I was tired of watching strong businesses receive generic marketing advice. Too many agencies treat peptide clinics like ordinary ecommerce stores without accounting for the scrutiny applied to health content.
I realized that to rank in high-risk "Your Money Your Life" (YMYL) niches, you can't just be an SEO. You have to be a practitioner.
20 Years in the Trenches
My journey didn't start yesterday. I've spent two decades building, ranking, and flipping digital assets in the health space. From the early days of affiliate marketing for supplements to providing comprehensive SEO services for supplement companies and managing complex technical migrations for clinics.
I don't just read the guidelines; I test them on my own sites first. If a strategy carries risk, I take the hit—so you don't have to.
That also applies outside Google. Health and wellness buyers compare brands in Reddit threads, Quora answers, Facebook Groups, niche forums, and AI answers before they ever fill out a form.
